When the French are called to vote for their president on April 10th, the results from the neighboring country will be eagerly awaited, not least in Germany: With Marine Le Pen and Éric Zemmour, the incumbent Emmanuel Macron will be challenged by two representatives of the extreme right. The final decision will probably not be made until a runoff on April 24th, when the two first-place finishers in the first round of voting will face off.
